Now you see me, now you don't...

Due to not being aware of any true encounter with God in life, many individuals have allowed doubt and lack of faith creep into their lives. Oftentimes I have heard, if there is a God I would see Him. I could just say look around, but that will be for another post another time. Do you really have to see something to believe in it? True faith that something exists is what I am talking about. Do you believe in snow?  Do you believe in the sun? Do you believe there is blood pumping through your veins? Seriously...when it is 106 °  outside do you still believe in snow? When the darkness of night overtakes the atmosphere do you still believe in the sun? When there are no lacerations, abrasions, or any other open wounds on your skin do you still believe there is blood pumping through your veins? Now I know what some of you may be saying..."I have seen all those before, I have never seen God." OK you got me...or did you? Have you ever seen the process o...

Periphery comet...

It is said that the comet named Lulin (which was only discovered in 2007 by Chinese and Taiwanese astronomers) it making its way out of our solar system to never return. Here is a map of where to find it if you are into these type of once in a lifetime opportunities. Otherwise you can get PDF maps here .

Guilty of obfuscation...

many have implied or flat out stated Google is. Is it because they track a lifelong record of every search query each of its users had made, also including the IP address the query was executed from and a cookie ID to link together queries from a user's computer even if the IP address changes?  I realize that they have an inordinately large amount of information stored on individuals web surfing habits; but this is all public knowledge and is explained in Google's privacy policy .  Additionally, you are notified any time you install something like Google desktop , Picasa , latitude , Grand Central , etc. They are not trying to be secretive about it.  There are plenty of conspiracy theories out there about the what they intend to use the information for...or why? Is it to ingratiate themselves with the governments of the world when information is needed? Is it simply to get into our mind so they can send us the advertising ads with the most relevance to us? Both seem logicall...

Tantalisingly trippy...

the mind truly is an amazing thing. We will never fully understand the complexity of God's true design of it all. But here are some fun hack tricks for your brain! P.S. - You do NOT  even need LSD or mescaline to do these. These are safe and fun for the whole family.

The anthropomorphic browser...

is what Google released today. I was so anxiously awaiting to get home and check this out. I must tell you that it is pure greatness. So you can go here to read about Google Chrome . Even better you can go here to download it . This thing loads faster than any other browser. I like the front page feature of making easy access to the most visitied sites as well. That is all for now, just check it out. I have personally already converted (even though it is in beta). The best part is, that everything from Firefox was imported in so once installed I literally did nothing but set my home page and set it as my default browser. Wah lah! I am finished and browsing faster than ever. P.S. - Below is a video with the engineers at Google explaining more about the new browser.

70 years!

Today is the 70th anniversary of the discovery of something we oftentimes take for granted...Teflon, otherwise known as polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). It was discovered by accident! It has molecular weight that has been known to transcend 30,000,000. For those of you unbeknownst of what this means; it happens to be one of the most capacious molecules known to man! What this all means is what most all of us already know; just try to get something to stick to it! The best part is that just like the post-it note it was discovered by accident. Sorry about that....the nerd in me made me post this...lol.
