Stripped down...

Toughest season ever...

It feels as though I am losing everything...

I believe that is the point, God is stripping me down to bare minimum until I press even more into Him....

The confusing thing is I am chasing after God, pressing in, seeking more of Him....

This is just one of those seasons of stretching, testing of my faith...

It hurts. I pray it ends soon.

Time: A precious commodity!

We all know the old saying time is money... well I have always agreed with this statement and even more so when my schedule gets to the point where I have to attempt to do everything needed as succinctly as possible. Get Regular Exercise for Mental Health

     So I realize that I have not posted anything to my blog in a very long time. Well, as you all know life gets in the way and the last few weeks/months I have just not been feeling like doing much of anything above and beyond just being. Inscrutable happenings...

Have you ever wanted something so badly that your perception of the situation became distorted? I have. We can force situations so much that we lose perspective. Patience is a virtue...but damnit why? The great Aristotle once said, "We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit." Well I will tell you what I find myself doing repeatedly through life....making bad decisions. After all of the time and effort I put into college why am I not in a better situation? Should I dwell on this? On to my point... I will tell you why...everything happens for a reason and as long as we are constantly learning then we are living a fruitful life that will eventually pay dividends.
